Sangat teruja apabila diberi peluang bersama-sama rakan-rakan dan pensyarah-pensyarah B&K yang lain menjalankan kursus KBIG ke atas pelajar-pelajar DPLI.. Sesungguhnya ini merupakan satu pengalaman yang cukup berharga apabila bersama-sama mereka yang arif dalam bidang kaunseling. Saya ditempatkan di Dewan Rahman Talib, DRT sebagai urus setia bersama-sama rakan yang lain dimana kami membantu fasilitator kursusu ini iaitu En. Taquddin, En. Aziz Shah dan En. Zulkifli. Banyak perkara baru yang saya pelajari apabila telibat di dalam kursus KBIG DPLI ini...kerana pendekatan yang digunakan berbeza sedikit melihatkan peserta yang terlibat merupakan pelajar DPLI... KBIG ini telah berjaya dijalankan dan tahniah kepada mereka yang terlibat sama dan kepada Pensyarah- pensyarah B&K yang sangat berdidikasi dalam membentuk guru yang berkualiti..
Di bawah ini merupakan antara kes-kes yang melibatkan penderaan seksual kanak-kanak bawah umur..malah kes-kes ini semakin meningkat dan berleluasa seolah olah manusia sudah tidak mengenal erti kemanusiaan dimana ibu bapa atau keluarga yang seharusnya menjadi tempat kanak-kanak tersebut bergantung, bermanja, memperoleh kasih sayang dan kebahagiaan bertukar menjadi neraka dunia bagi kanak-kanak yang tidak berdosa...kes ini bukan kes yang kecil yang boleh dipandang remah. ini melibatkan sebuah institusi kekeluargaan yang menjadi induk kepada sesebuah bangsa... bertapa sedihnya apabila kanak-kanak yang pada umur mereka sepatutnya berlari-lari riang di taman, bermain-main bersama kawan-kawan pelbagai permainan, melompat-lompat mengapai pelangi yang indah tetapi berubah menjadi musnah dan teraba-raba dalam dunia yang gelap disebabkan perlakuan manusia yang tidak mempunyai sifat kemanusiaan... maka sebagai orang yang berada disekeliling kanak-kanak , kita harus memberi perlindungan yang sewajarnya kepada mereka agar generasi akan datang terbentuk dengan baik dan sempurna...
JOHOR BARU: Three men were arrested here for allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl.
Police on patrol near the Machap toll plaza spotted a Proton Wira in a back alley at 2am on May 3.
On checking, they saw three men in the car with a naked girl who was sobbing.
DCP Mohd Mokhtar said police arrested the three men, aged between 20 and 27. They have been remanded until May 10.
“We have sent the girl to the Kluang Hospital for a medical check-up,” he added, and urged anyone with information to contact the Johor police hotline at 07-2212 999 or the nearest police station.
KUALA TERENGGANU: A Year Two pupil has complained that a stranger bit her private parts after offering her candy and showing her pornographic clips while she was waiting for her mother after school yesterday.
The eight-year-old girl related the incident to her mother, who lodged a police report at the Cabang Tiga station.
State CID chief Asst Comm Mohd Fauzi Abduri said the pupil, who attended an evening religious class, told her mother that one “abang” approached her and asked her to watch a lewd clip that was stored in his cellphone.
She was then given a candy and lured to an empty classroom where the man took off her underwear and began to caress and bite her private parts, ACP Mohd Fauzi said.
The girl shrieked before the stranger let her off, he said. A few minutes later, her mother arrived at the school.
ACP Mohd Fauzi said police believed the perpetrator was in his early 20s.
He said the victim was sent to Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah for a medical check-up.
In another case, a bank officer was shocked to discover that nude pictures of her, taken while she was bathing at her in-law’s house, was being widely distributed here.
In her police report, she voiced her disappointment that the picture had been circulated although she had paid RM500 to the peeping Tom to prevent her photo from being released.
The peeping Tom had harassed the bank officer and demanded money from her before handing over a memory card on Jan 21 upon receiving the payment.
However, the 45-year-old woman found out recently that her colleagues had downloaded her picture via Bluetooth from unknown sources. She made a police report yesterday.
KAJANG: Seorang ibu yang curiga selepas anaknya menceritakan pengajar renangnya mengeluarkan ‘air putih’ membuat laporan polis kerana mengesyaki anaknya mungkin menjadi mangsa cabul, kelmarin.
Dalam kejadian kira-kira jam 3 petang itu, mangsa yang berusia sembilan tahun pada mulanya berada di rumah suspek untuk menjalani latihan renang.
Suspek yang mengajar renang secara bebas itu memanggil mangsa sebelum dibawa ke tandas di rumah itu sebelum disyaki dicabul.
Menurut sumber, berikutan itu, seorang lelaki berusia lingkungan 40-an ditahan di rumahnya pagi semalam bagi membantu siasatan kes terbabit. Siasatan mendapati suspek mengajar renang di banglonya itu secara sambilan.
JOHOR BARU: A 15-year-old girl who is seven months’ pregnant claims she has been raped for three years by her father and a friend of his.
It was learnt that the secondary school student, who lives with her parents, confessed to her aunt who took the girl to the Skudai police station to lodge a report.
Her 45-year-old lorry driver father and his 52-year-old plumber friend, were picked up at their homes in Kempas on Saturday.
They have been remanded until May 2 to assist in investigations.
Johor Baru (North) OCPD Asst Comm Ruslan Hassan said the girl was believed to have been raped repeatedly by both men since she was 12 years old.
“She told police that the father had repeatedly raped her at their house in Taman Sinaran while his friend had raped her at other locations.
“She also claimed that the last time her father raped her was early this month,” he said.
The girl has been sent to the Sultanah Aminah Hospital for a medical check-up.
GEORGE TOWN: Police have detained a father and son after a 13-year-old girl claimed that she had been a sex slave to them for the last four years.Police nabbed the father, aged 42, and son, 15, at their home in Bukit Mertajam on Wednesday. Police have obtained a seven-day remand order for the two suspects.The girl, in her police report, claimed that her father and brother had been taking advantage of her since she was nine.She claimed she had been raped by her father at home and in a forest near her house, while her brother had repeatedly molested her at home.State CID chief Senior Asst Comm II Wan Abdullah Tuanku Said confirmed the arrests.
In an unrelated case, a 22-year-old woman lodged a police report on Wednesday that she had been raped by a 19-year-old at a hotel here a month ago.SAC Wan Abdullah said the youth was picked up shortly after the woman made the report.“We are also investigating why the report was made one month after the incident,” he said.
KUALA LUMPUR: More underage girls are having sex to get back at their parents for neglecting them.
This startling information was revealed by police who said that the girls had initially claimed they were raped but later admitted to have consented to sex with their boyfriends.
Statistics compiled since 2005 showed that the number of girls below 16 years old who are sexually active has been increasing every year.
The study also revealed that an alarming 60% of girls between the ages of 13 and 15 had sex because they “wanted revenge” on their parents. Sex with a girl aged under 16 is classified as statutory rape under the Penal Code.
The girls, largely from urban areas, confessed that they had befriended men as they were angry with their parents for subjecting them to emotional and physical “abuse”.
While some had sex with men just to get back at their parents, others were coerced into it by the very men they had turned to for solace, said Asst Comm Suguram Bibi Munshi Deen, head of the Sexual Abuse and Children’s Division at Bukit Aman.
Noting that teen rape had risen since 2005, she said that the victims – mostly from cities and major towns in Selangor, Johor and Kedah – usually ended up pregnant.
“We are not pointing a finger or exposing the private lives of families but the public must realise what is happening,” said ACP Suguram Bibi.
“Children, teenagers and youths are our future leaders and we as adults, parents or guardians must guide and instil in them right and proper values.”
Statistics from 2005 to 2008 showed 75% of the rape victims were below 18 years old and at least 60% of the girls were below 16. Boys below 18 made up between 8.4% and 13.6% of the “rapists”.
The study also showed that teenagers got bored easily, craved attention or wanted the freedom to express themselves.
ACP Suguram Bibi said parents should educate sons to respect the opposite sex and not take advantage of them.
